1 General Provisions

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ci44 may request documents (national ID, passport, bank statement, etc.) for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Usage

3.1 Password Security

Keep your account login information completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity that takes place under your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ci44's support team immediately. ci44 will not be responsible for any financial loss if you fail to report it in time.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Gaming with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Making deposits using a credit card or another person's payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ci44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Transaction Rejection

ci44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any financial transaction if there is suspicion of a security review, verification process, or breach of the Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

ci44's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Users who remain regularly active and follow the platform's guidelines have the opportunity to be promoted to a higher tier over time.

5.4 Right to Modify Offers

ci44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Outcomes
